What does not

no plugins detected; configuration menu is blank

atempting to cancel without assigning plugin values crashes the program

 in order to get the program to start at all:

-the Microsoft Visual C libraries msvcp100.dll, msvcr100.dll and mscvr100d.dll need to be placed in the windows/system library of nulldc

-d3d9_35.dll needs to be placed in the nulldc direcory

-dreamcast bios must be placed in nulldc data directory

-the following changes must be made in winecfg - run emulation in windows xp mode, set sound to emulation

 despite this:

-nulldc complains of msvcrt problem on loading, but this is not alleviated by providing the related libraries.

-changing required libraries form builtin to native renders them undetectable and nulldc crashes with and error.

Thought garbage was too strong as there may be a workaround to get nulldc to find plugins. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions; app cannot be used for the purpose intended.
