Converting from one format to another, nearly everything works on this converter.
What does not
The timer showing how many seconds has gone by does not work properly, but this is a minor nuisance. Minimizing will cause the program to freeze. The program also seems to freeze after completion on converting files.

Program was tested under Windows XP mode. Modes such as Windows 2000 or NT 4 were not tested.
