What does not
What was not tested
Tested multiplayer with a few friends on several platforms: Debian GNU/Linux "Lenny" Ubuntu Feisty 7.04 Gentoo GNU/Linux (version unknown, but very recent) The executable was modified so it wouldn't ask for the disc (but it used to accept backup discs back in windows '98, so I don't think there would be any problem). Midi doesn't work but this could be simply I don't have any sequencer configured in Debian GNU/Linux. There were a few glitches though - if your computer doesn't like changing resolutions often, it's better to run it inside an 800x600+ wine virtual desktop. Also, when running in low resolution, the game went 3x faster than normal, so we changed everyone's resolution to 800x600 and the game ran again at its normal speed. But seriously, I don't think I could ask for anything else :) Note: We configured IPX following the starcraft-wine-linux howto: http://koti.mbnet.fi/~hoppq/sc-howto.html Simply by using this line as root: " ipx_interface add -p eth0 802.2 0x12345678 "
