You have to install a native MSVCP60.DLL after installation to be able to run the program. Don't set LOCPATH environment variable to C:\EQF\LOCALE, it works fine without it and crashes when it's set. Turn on font smoothing by importing the registry patch from http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16729, otherwise fonts in the editor look really bad.
