I had originally tested this under 7.04, and it flunked. It worked with 7.10 however AFTER I had installed Internet Explorer 6. It does not say that you need IE 6 during the installation, but without it, it doesn't run after installation. I would suggest doing what I did and install IE 6 before installing Inspiration.
