You have to deactivate "Dephth of Field" (blur the zoom-in view for certain guns otherwise) and "Soften Smoke Edges" (display black holes otherwise) Tested on Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3Ghz, 4Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT, 1680x1050. Everything is fluid.
