What works
Installs with no problem. Then, running SIMCITY.EXE gives the splash screen, the main menu, and allows starting a new city. After selecting the city type, the menu disappears and nothing else ever happens. IOW, it behaves exactly like the description says it will.
The Urban Renewal Kit works fine.
What does not
Actually playing the game.
Workarounds
What was not tested
The main game itself.
Hardware tested
