What works

  • Installation

  • Menu

  • Sound

  • All intro & loading screens

  • Movement

What does not

1. The mouse movements (rarely): I can't move around with the visual because seems fixed to 50-60 degrees and because of this it's impossible to continue playing. However after moving for some seconds, it sometimes switch back working. Maybe I should start demo with WINEFORCEMOUSEWARP=yes

Workarounds

What was not tested

Nothing (played and finished 2 times).

Hardware tested

Graphics:

  • GPU: Intel
  • Driver: open source

HowTo / Notes

HOWTO

To get the game to start, make sure the following registry key is set:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D\UseGLSL = enabled

In winecfg, set the Windows version to “Windows XP”, and in the audio tab, “Hardware Acceleration” to “Emulation” and check “Driver Emulation”.

You will need to put d3dx9_34.dll and xinput1_3.dll in ${WINEPREFIX}/drive_c/windows/system32/.
