What works

I can get the app to install. I had to add the winbind module in order to have ntml_auth.

What does not

Running the app results in some fixme:s. The final message is UsbIsConnect Error, which is understandable since the Reader device is not currently connected (via USB). The app then hangs. But the software should be runnable without a reader connected.

What was not tested

I have not yet been able to connect the reader device to the computer and test. My wife has it and won't be back for 5 days!

Additional Comments

I am a newbie at this, although I am a software professional in real life! I will eventually dig deeply enough to compile and debug the wine source code, but alas I have neither the familiarity nor the time to do the job quickly. I am hoping that wiser minds wil be able to do this better and faster.
