What works
Installation is quirky, but it installs. Publisher starts to the "Start" screen.
What does not
Trying to start a new publication ends with error "Microsoft Office Publisher has not been installed for the current user. Please run setup to install the application". Publisher closes after clicking "OK". This also happens after you open a close a menu. Menus sometimes also do not show properly.
