What works
Installing (via offline installer), playing all supported audio formats, ripping CD's in MP3 and RA formats, importing files from across the filesystem, built in browser (with Gecko installed), and all Preferences all seem to take some kind of effect.
What does not
Burning CD's (well, its possible, but hit and miss), playing most video formats that aren't FLV (they are technically supported, but RealPlayer refuses to play them because RealPlayer 11 is old and some codecs it acquires fail to install), and playing streams that should be started just by clicking elements in the in-app browser
Clicking on items in the media library appears to only work if you click on the play button next to the item. Scrolling up and down through the list(s) seems to work fine, however.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Streaming from URL (audio or video).

Additional Comments
The offline installer is required for a successful installation, and gecko is needed for the browser to work within the application. The app is quite CPU intensive, so users with older machines may find RealPlayer 11 unusable to them. CD ripping/playing/burning is quite dodgy for all versions of RealPlayer, and for almost every application enabled to do such a thing in Wine as it stands. Hopefully it continues to improve.

Just type in:
wineboot -esr
This will force all running processes relying on Wine to end, and initiate a virtual restart of "Windows." Then, try running the program again.
