What works

I was able to download and extract to begin installation. Everything worked fine up until actual program start.

What does not

The program folder has a REAL folder inside but inside that, there is NO realplayer.exe. The only thing located there is a folder called DATA CACHE with a bunch of subfolders. I can't add the realplayer .exe to the wine configuration. In addition, when I click on the wine program menu under APPLICATIONs, I do not have a program option for real player in the wine subfolder. I have tried mutliple installs with no success and same problem. The linux realplayer does not work for me either giving me a i386 error.

HowTo / Notes

Program Refuses to Start?

Just type in:

wineboot -esr

This will force all running processes relying on Wine to end, and initiate a virtual restart of "Windows." Then, try running the program again.
