What works

The main menu. The dialogue/visual novel parts. Music, and sound effects also seem to work fine.

What does not

Windowed Mode.

Voice acting does not work for some reason (note that the music is in .wav format but the voice acting is in .mp3 contained in game03.dat). Probably related to mp3 decoding issues (IMO)

The game must be run in fullscreen 16-bit video mode, otherwise there are graphical bugs.
Going into the battles causes the game to freeze/crash. However, most the graphics present here make an appearance, and so it doesn't seem TOO far away from working. Even though, it still has some pretty bad looking graphical errors going on during the battle scenes.

What was not tested

Anything after the beginning of the first battle.

Additional Comments

Original install is full of mojibake, even if one uses LANG=ja_JP. Well, in that case SOME of the characters are present, but there is still mojibake present. However, it is still possible to do the install. This install was using no-cd patch(es) and I copied the game03.dat file that was normally on cd 3 into the game folder. It seems to run flawlessly on windows xp, but here on wine the voices do not function at all. Otherwise the game seems to be working just fine.
