What works

Can display main window and others.
Can pick components.
New : Ares work fine in Isis by OLE.

What does not

Displaying is very very slow : from half to two minutes by refreshment.

Almost TTF fonts are not visible in the drawing zone..

Error : Proteus 8 Access violation in module 'VGDVC.DLL'

Workaround :

go to winetricks, if you don't have it, you can install it :

sudo aptitude install winetricks

or

sudo apt-get install winetricks

then open the GUI, either from the menu or a console :

winetricks --gui

then check, "Select the default wineprefix" and press OK.

then check, "Run regedit" and press OK again.

Now go to : 

-> HKEY_CURRENT_USER
 -> Software
   -> Labcenter Electronics
     -> Proteus 8 Professional

You should have the key "Default Graphics Mode" set to some particular integer like 3 or 2.

Change that to 1 by clicking on it twice and entering the number 1.

And you're done, this fix have been proven to work for Proteus 8x under Wine 1.8.7 under Debian Stretch. And should also work for other versions.

That was bloody easy wasn't it.
