What works

Using the trick suggested in bug #10505:

copy a native usp10.dll into the windows/system32
and:  

$ sh winetricks jet40 
$ WINEDLLOVERRIDES="usp10=n" wine wiso2008.exe 

program seems to work fine. I'll continue to use it, to test every little feature

What does not

Importing data from a "last year file" resulted in an garbled scren "Datenübernahme".

The only thing not working here is checking the data in this screen.

The data is imported correctly and you can continue to use the programm.
You can check the data in the "normal" screens of the programm.

Internet update did not get a connection. But that might be, because of my firewall.
I'll have a closer look into that later.
