What works

Install, application launch, Editor, Organizer, Plugins, editor functions. I followed these instructions: http://www.junauza.com/2010/02/how-to-install-adobe-photoshop-on.html The install worked perfectly as well as the application once installed. I tested various functions and everything seems to work fine as far as I can tell. I installed 3 plugins (Portrait Professional, Imagenomic's Noiseware Professional and Portraiture). The plugins each installed without error and Elements started up and ran perfectly after the install of the plugins. The plugins also work. Elements starts very quickly like it does in Windows. The look of the application is not as polished. It appears the standard fonts that Elements uses are not available in wine.

What does not

Normally, when you maximize the image window in editor you then have the scroll bars for use to scroll up/down or side-to-side for large image; however, I have noticed that maximizing the image window does not integrate it into the main application window and this results in the up/down scroll bars being slightly hidden. I have also discovered that trying to open an image file in PSE6 from the Linux file manager launches PSE6 but the file does not open in PSE6. Similarly, dragging a file from the file manager to the PSE editor does not open the file in PSE6. This is a pretty big bug in my opinion since it is alot easier to choose visually which file you want to edit than having to use the PSE6 File->Open feature which does not give you the same visual ease-of-identification.
