Installation of the program (no need to install DirectX 9)
The program can be run from the working directory and works seeminglessly, without any glitches
What does not
We get a few signals on console
fixme:d3d:resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8.
and for some resources it says "was not reserved"
but apparently they do not take effect in any negative way.
