All Seeing Eye is a server browser - much better than gamespy. tested using wine 20020411. I had to do some creative work to get quake3 launchable from within the program, but nothing difficult.

Additional Comments

Having previusly configured Tactical Ops Game (Unreal engine based game) the program does browser for sever correctly but does not launch Tactical Ops. Adding the game UT2004 crashes the program, and makes it unable to start again.
