The install was faultless, I was able to launch it without issue and import my current MyOB backup. The autorun works better in wine than Windows XP Professional (I couldn't launch install in XP from the flash player).
Can create account lists, enter transactions, create backups. Can also log in with a pre-defined Administrator password.
What does not
Not all tabs are clickable with a mouse but all tabs can be accessed using the ALT hot keys. Other tabs require a double click of the mouse to select.
The help menu and help context sensitive menus don't work but the problem is easy to overcome by selecting "Help from the Internet" under system preferences. However, the help menu may not be working properly altogether.
Windows can sometimes become distorted when dragging them around the MyOB desktop area and requires the offending window to be closed and re-opened.
Cannot change Administrator password. I could not type anything into the text boxes.
What was not tested
Printing to a printer but printing to PDF using the pdf for cups package works so I'm assuming cups printing to a printer will work as well.
Export to Outlook and Microsoft Office functionality.
Very usable. Some issues but most can be worked around. No dll overrides necessary. This is really deserving of a platinum rating but I think some of the interface glitches, while small, would confuse some users, especially those likely to use MyOB. Also the inability to set an Administrator password would be off-putting for many.
