What works
Instilation. I also allowed it to install DotNet 2.0 and DirectX 9c in hopes of making it run.
What does not
Will start and hang, eating up an entire core on my dual core system, focing me to terminate the Simcitysocieties.exe process manually. In terminal mode, Wine will dump some debugging data which I will submit in a bug report.
