You're basically clicking on enemies with your mouse, causing the members of your party to vaporize, puncture, bludgeon, and cleave them as each situation warrants. Eventually, you can field a veritable army (well, more like a small, deadly strike force) -- your party has room for six characters and you can choose between all manner of fantasy archetypes, including warriors, archers, various types of mages, even the unlikeliest of animals.
